International Director of Automotive Engineering & Advanced Technology Group at UPS

The UPS fleet surpasses over 125,000 powered vehicles, across its Package Delivery, Transportation and Ground Support Equipment segments. This includes more than 10,000 alternate fuel and advanced technology vehicle solutions in existing operations.
Luke is the International Director of Automotive Engineering & Advanced Technology Group at UPS. He holds responsibilities for defining and redefining the fleet strategy; working in conjunction with third party vendors, original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) and technology integrators.
He has held a variety of positions during his 16 year career with UPS, including managing various fleets, developing engineering specifications, working across multiple countries and disciplines, co-creating new vehicle and fleet equipment designs.
Luke and his team lead product development internationally, in a number of equipment segments including; light, medium and heavy duty vehicles, electric assist cargo bikes, city logistic solutions, non-powered trailers - containers and its ground support equipment that support its air operations. He also holds responsibility for the fleet technology integration strategy, for connected and autonomous vehicle applications.
