Event wrap-up: Igniting the future of mobility

Smarter Mobility Africa fleet summit took place from 7-9 June co-located with Africa’s largest power and energy event Enlit Africa in Cape Town. This year SMA fleet summit focussed the electrification of corporate and government fleets. The premise for discussions taking place at the conference were to explore the challenges and opportunities for transitioning business and government fleets, charging infrastructure, financing, carbon emission reduction, cost savings, and the integration of electric vehicles with the grid and off-grid technologies. Live from the Smarter Mobility Africa fleet summit at Enlit Africa 2022, Ben Pullen highlighted the inspiring two days of sessions and tracks based on electrification of government and business vehicles, power requirements, infrastructure needs, cost of ownership and many more.
